At Peak Performance Health Clinic, we are committed to providing the highest quality of care and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our services and products, we have the following return and refund guidelines:
Services

No Refunds on Rendered Services:
Once a service has been provided, payments are non-refundable. This includes medical consultations, treatments, and therapies. -
Service Packages:
Refunds for unused portions of prepaid service packages may be considered on a case-by-case basis. An administrative fee of 10% will apply to all approved refunds.
Products

Non-Returnable Products:
All medication, peptides, and supplements are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to safety and regulatory standards. -
Defective or Damaged Items:
If a product is found to be defective or damaged at the time of purchase, please notify us within 7 days. We will gladly replace the item or issue a credit, provided the product has not been used.
Deposits and Cancellation Fees

Deposits for Appointments:
Deposits required for appointments are non-refundable but may be applied toward rescheduled services if cancellations are made at least 48 hours in advance. -
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice or missed without prior notice will forfeit their deposit.
Memberships and Subscriptions
Membership fees are non-refundable once services are initiated. Exceptions will only be made in cases of medical necessity with documentation provided.
