BIOMETRIC SCREENING
Basic
Clinical set of laboratory tests and measurements that will help determine the individual's overall health. During this screening, we will obtain a collection of data to include:
- Blood Pressure
- Weight
- Height
- Waist Circumference
- Glucose
- BMI
- Hemoglobin A1C
- Lipids - Triglyceride, Cholesterol, HDL, and LDL
Advanced
In addition to the data from the basic screening you will obtain more laboratory tests and measurements to help determine overall health.
- CMP- Complete Metabolic Panel (with kidney function- eGFR).
- CBC- Complete Blood Count
- Thyroid Panel (TSH, free T3, free T3).
Lab work requires fasting for at least 12 hours. Water is allowed.
Employment Physicals
Medical examinations conducted to determine if a job candidate is physically and mentally fit to perform the duties of a specific job. These physicals help employers ensure that potential employees can safely and effectively meet the physical demands of the job, while also identifying any pre-existing conditions that might require accommodations.
We do not offer DOT physicals.
Adult Same Day Sick Visits
This service is available only for adults with a non-emergency illness. We see patients with rashes, eye infections, skin conditions, urinary tract infections, earaches, respiratory viral or bacterial problems, muscle spasms, migraines, medicine refills etc.
Our clinic does not refill nor prescribe controlled drugs.

What self-pay services do you offer at Peak Performance Health Clinic?
We offer a range of self-pay services, including sports physicals, biometric screenings, drug screens, TB skin tests (starting next month), and various lab tests for patients who prefer to pay out-of-pocket. Expanded Peak Vitality Injections will be available next month. We also offer acute same-day sick visits. Some sick visits can be done via telehealth as long as the patient is in Tennessee.
